Scope
This page describes the features implemented on RelationshipInfo.org. It does not cover external therapy providers or other websites reached through links. Those services have their own privacy arrangements.
Reading and searching
You can read articles without creating an account. The theme does not add advertising pixels, third-party analytics, remote fonts, embedded social-media feeds or newsletter tracking. Hosting, security and caching services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and timestamps to deliver and protect the website.
A search term is placed in the page address when you use site search. It can appear in browser history and server logs. Do not enter names, diagnoses or other sensitive personal details into search.
Cookies and local features
The theme does not set a marketing cookie or store answers to relationship exercises. WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in and related functions. Security or hosting infrastructure may use operational cookies. If additional analytics, advertising or embedded services are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls need to be updated first.
Correction submissions
The correction form collects a page URL, the text you enter and confirmation that you understand it will be stored for review. It does not ask for your name or email. Submissions become private WordPress records available to authorised administrators and remain until an administrator deletes them. Backups may retain earlier copies according to the site’s backup arrangements.
To limit repeated submissions, the form temporarily stores a keyed, hashed value derived from the network address and a submission count for fifteen minutes. The form does not add the raw IP address to the correction record; server infrastructure may separately keep access logs.
Access and external links
People with authorised website or hosting access may process information needed to operate the service. Following an external link sends you to a separate website; review that site’s policy before submitting information. We do not automatically forward correction reports to a treatment provider.
Privacy questions
You can submit a non-sensitive privacy question through the website feedback form, using this page’s address. Do not send identity documents or medical information through it. The form is a one-way report and cannot provide a private reply. A direct privacy email and the operator’s legal identity are not currently published on this website. The feedback form cannot provide a private reply; do not use it for requests that require an exchange of identifying documents.
Retention and changes
Hosting-log and backup retention periods have not been confirmed for this notice. Correction reports remain stored until an administrator deletes them. This notice describes the implemented website features; it does not establish a retention schedule for hosting providers. The current description was prepared on 19 September 2026.
